We are organising the following courses for next summer. If you are interested in attending one of them, please contact us to make a reservation and/or to receive further information.
Course costs do not include accommodation or meals (except course 7) but can be arranged for those who may be interested. Anyway, full information on that will be provided to the participants.Different dates may be arranged if specific groups are interested

Environment Section
Course 1:
Mediterranean Marine & Littoral Vegetation
An exciting course to discover the biodiversity of the sea shore vegetation: algae-invertebrates communities and halophyte terrestrial vegetation in Mediterranean coasts. The course will be developed in the amazing cliff coast of northern Alicante (Spain).

Ecology of Mediterranean Ecosystems
A practical course carried out entirely in the countryside to explore several Mediterranean ecosystems by finding and determining plants and animals. This is a good opportunity to learn about many species and their ecology.

Rescue Techniques for Bulbous Plants
A very useful course to learn how to carefully relocate bulbous from one place to another. Know about different reserving structures of geophytes, how to detect and transplant them with the optimum techniques and conditions, legal issues and authorisations for translocation of wild species, etc. This course is useful for those who want to deal with organic gardening and legal environment rescuing tasks.

Traditional Cliff Fishery System
Discover a unique and traditional cliff fishing system. Fishermen used to descend cliffs with ropes and wooden ladders to get to a fishing ground. An astonishing experience to understand a cultural and ethnoecological phenomenon of the Marina Region (south eastern Spain).
